Born and raised on the waterways south of Charleston, South Carolina, Ed grew up hunting, fishing, and living life on the water. After earning a degree in finance and marketing from the University of South Carolina, he moved to Palm Beach in 1986 and quickly rose through the ranks at Ocean Yachts of Palm Beach—eventually managing the operation and personally selling 30 new yachts in a single year.

In 1992, Ed launched his own brokerages: Sea Island Yacht Sales in Charleston and Singer Island Yacht Sales in Palm Beach. Over the years, he’s represented leading brands like Ocean Yachts, Tiara, Luhrs, and Venture Boats, building a reputation for honest service and results-driven experience.

Now based on a farm in Johns Island with his wife and daughter, Ed continues to serve clients across the Southeast. He frequently travels to South Florida to manage sales and maintain long-standing relationships with buyers and sellers alike.
